OM, We do everything we can to satisfy our Customers and exceed their expectations. I am sorry that you felt that your service visit did not meet your expectations. As we discussed with you, problems with vehicles come in layers. You have to fix the first issue to determine if there are seconary and tertiary issues. After we flushed the contamination our of your cooling system we found that the cooling issue also included the water pump. You were not able to do the water pump work to correct the problem, so we reduced your invoice to only charge you for the materials that we used and discounted all the labor. This was in an attempt to preserve our relationship with you. I am sorry that the communication process was not fully received or understood.
