The Milex team knocked it out of the park again! They replaced valve cover gaskets and found a bothersome leak on my classic car and repaired both in the less than a day. They are 4 for 4 fixing issues with my cars (new and old) and they will continue to be my go-to for any car issues moving forward. Their costumer service is unmatched by any care car business I've ever worked with. Great job once again!

OM, We do everything we can to satisfy our Customers and exceed their expectations. I am sorry that you felt that your service visit did not meet your expectations. As we discussed with you, problems with vehicles come in layers. You have to fix the first issue to determine if there are seconary and tertiary issues. After we flushed the contamination our of your cooling system we found that the cooling issue also included the water pump. You were not able to do the water pump work to correct the problem, so we reduced your invoice to only charge you for the materials that we used and discounted all the labor. This was in an attempt to preserve our relationship with you. I am sorry that the communication process was not fully received or understood. An excellence experience. Called in the morning to try and get my transmison serviced. I got there about 45 mins later. They took my car in and within 50 mins it was done. Very friendly and knowledgeable people. They explained what they did and what they saw. Will for sure use them again for all my car repairs. Highly recommend!
