I requested a quote, but haven't heard back. I had to follow up few times to receive the needed information. Update: Thanks for the response. I went back and saw a missed call. You did provide me a quote, which is bit expensive. I wished you were more competitive.
We work hard to meet the needs of our existing and potential Customers. We received your "Web" request on December 28th. We were able to build the quote the same day. We reached out to you later on the 28th and left you a message that the information you requested had been estimated. We did not receive a return call from you. With the holiday we were able to reach out to you to follow-up on January 3rd. At that time we were able to have a conversation with you. The information gathered and provided to you was at "no cost" to you. We feel it was unfair of you to rate us based on the fact that we did not meet your timeframe in providing this "free" information. Please let us know if we can assist you with your transmission concerns.
